Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, we will replace it right away — no questions asked.

Please notify us within 7 business days of receipt and include:

• A photo of the damage, defective or incorrect product
• The order number or your full name and purchase date
